Appraising commercial properties differs from appraising residential property because we need to take into consideration the items that the investor is looking for.  They want to know the potential net return and tax shelter the property will provide.  Commercial real estate must compete with other real estate but also with stocks, bonds, annuities and other investments.

We compare the income producing capabilities of properties and present day investment practices.  A through investigation of data is completed before we can determine an opinion of value for our clients.
