I began Appraising Gold Country in 2004, and since have become a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of California.  As a life-long Nevada County resident, I am well suited for understanding the diverse properties we have in the foothills, as well as the surrounding counties. 

As a prior business manager and retail owner, experience has taught me to set expectations with my clients and meet or exceed them. Communication is paramount, and I am committed to that value. My office staff and training appraisers work to support the business goals that I have.

We strive to deliver complete and clear appraisals within 48 hours of any residential inspection.
